Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Blister app and to getblister.com, provided by Akila Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Blister you agree to them. Blister is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula); these terms add to it.

Not medical advice

Blister is a counting and reminder tool. It doesn't give medical advice, diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it never suggests what to take, how much or when. Reminders happen only at the times you set. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist or the medication leaflet, and don't rely on Blister as your only reminder for medication you can't afford to miss. Notifications can be delayed or not delivered, for example if your iPhone is off, in Focus mode, or notifications are turned off.

Your data

What you store in Blister stays on your device. You're responsible for it and for keeping your device backed up. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Blister Pro

Some features require Blister Pro, offered as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, misuse or interfere with the app, except where the law allows.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try to keep Blister working well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Blister is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from missed, late or incorrect counts or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date below. Continuing to use Blister after a change means you accept it.
